Ayşe Tuygun Gençoğlan

Orthodontist Dr. Dt. Ayşe Tuygun Gençoğlan was born on July 23, 1985, in Adana, Türkiye. She completed her middle and high school education at Tarsus American College. She then pursued her undergraduate studies at Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry and in the same year began her PhD training in the Department of Orthodontics at Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry. She completed her academic training and received the title of Orthodontic Specialist (PhD) with her thesis titled “Comparison of Metal Ion Release from Silver Solder and Laser Solder Used in Orthodontic Appliances in Different Mouthwashes.” Since 2011, she has worked as an orthodontist in private hospitals and dental polyclinics. In 2015, she established her own private clinic and continued providing orthodontic treatment to her patients. Dr. Gençoğlan is a member of the Turkish Orthodontic Society, European Orthodontic Society, and the World Federation of Orthodontists. She holds Invisalign and Incognito certifications and actively follows professional and technological developments by attending numerous national and international congresses, courses, and symposiums. She believes in the importance of continuous education to provide her patients with the latest advancements in orthodontic treatment and continues to shape her career with this perspective. She currently provides treatment at Dentgroup Acarkent Clinic.
