The patient presented to our clinic with complaints of bone loss, pain and tooth mobility. Following clinical and radiographic examinations, a comprehensive implant-supported rehabilitation plan was developed, taking into account the patient’s oral health condition and functional needs.

During the treatment process, the necessary tooth extractions and implant placements were performed on the same day. The day after surgery, implant-supported fixed screw-retained temporary prostheses were fitted to address the patient’s aesthetic and functional needs during the healing period.

Following an approximately five-month healing period, permanent implant-supported screw-retained zirconia prostheses were fabricated and fitted for both the upper and lower jaws.

At the end of the treatment, the rehabilitation of the missing teeth was completed. Chewing function, aesthetic appearance and the compatibility of the prostheses with the patient’s oral structures were evaluated together, completing a functionally and aesthetically balanced full-mouth rehabilitation.

The patient presented to our clinic seeking replacement of their existing porcelain laminate veneers due to fractures and dissatisfaction with their aesthetic appearance. Following a clinical examination, an individualized treatment plan was developed, taking into account the patient’s aesthetic expectations and existing dental structure.

During the treatment process, the existing porcelain laminate veneers were first removed. Digital Smile Design was then used to plan the shape, proportions and overall harmony of the teeth within the smile. New porcelain laminate veneer restorations were subsequently fabricated and applied.

At the end of the treatment, the shape and colour of the teeth, along with the harmony of the restorations with the patient’s facial aesthetics, were evaluated together, completing a natural-looking, aesthetically and functionally balanced smile rehabilitation.

Following clinical and radiographic examinations, a comprehensive treatment plan combining orthodontic and aesthetic procedures was developed according to the patient’s individual needs.

During the treatment process, clear aligner treatment was first performed to move the teeth into their planned positions and improve the spacing between them. Following the completion of orthodontic treatment, Digital Smile Design was used to plan the shape, proportions and position of the teeth within the smile.

The patient presented to our clinic seeking to address aesthetic concerns related to their smile and achieve a more balanced smile appearance. Following clinical and radiographic examinations, a comprehensive treatment plan was developed according to the patient’s individual needs.

During the treatment process, crown lengthening procedures were performed to reduce excessive gingival display and achieve a more balanced gingival contour. Dental implants were placed in the appropriate areas to restore missing teeth and spaces.
