Our patient visited our clinic due to a reduction in the vertical dimension of occlusion caused by tooth wear that had developed over the years. Following a clinical examination, a personalized treatment plan was developed based on the patient's existing dental structure, chewing function, and aesthetic expectations.

The treatment initially involved the placement of individual ceramic overlay restorations on the chewing surfaces of the posterior teeth to restore the reduced vertical dimension of occlusion. Subsequently, irregularities in the gum levels were corrected through a gingivectomy procedure performed by our Periodontology Specialist.

In the final stage of treatment, a total of 16 ceramic laminate veneers were applied to the front teeth, with 8 veneers in the upper jaw and 8 in the lower jaw. The restorations were planned with careful consideration of the natural tooth shape, occlusal relationships, color harmony, and chewing function.

At the end of the treatment, the reduced vertical dimension of occlusion was restored, irregularities in the gum levels were corrected, and a more balanced, natural-looking smile was achieved in terms of both aesthetics and function.

Our patient visited our clinic due to missing molars in both the upper and lower jaws and gaps between the teeth. Following a clinical examination, a personalized treatment plan was developed based on the patient's existing oral and dental condition, functional needs, and aesthetic expectations.

The treatment initially involved the placement of dental implants in the areas of missing teeth by our Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Murat. Subsequently, irregularities in the gum levels were corrected through a gingivectomy procedure performed by our Periodontology Specialist, Dr. Dila.

Following the completion of the osseointegration process, teeth whitening was performed on all teeth. In the final stage of treatment, a total of 16 ceramic laminate veneers were applied to the front teeth, with 8 veneers in the upper jaw and 8 in the lower jaw. Zirconia-based bridge restorations were also placed on the implants. The restorations were planned with careful consideration of the natural tooth shape, color harmony, occlusal relationships, and chewing function.
