Porcelain Veneers

The case began with a Digital Smile Design on 18 May 2026. The treatment was completed on 25 June 2026, and the final photographs were taken on 15 July 2026.

The patient was concerned about the limited visibility of the teeth and dental crowding. To achieve a brighter and more aesthetic tooth shade, teeth whitening was performed. The asymmetrical and blunt-looking gum line was first treated with professional cleaning, followed by laser gum contouring to create a healthier and more feminine gingival appearance.

After the gum tissues had fully healed, porcelain veneers were placed on the six upper anterior teeth, matching the shade of the surrounding teeth and the planned aesthetic design. At the end of the treatment, a more natural, balanced, and aesthetic smile was achieved.

Composite Veneers / Bonding

The treatment began on 13 July 2026 with a professional dental scaling procedure. It was completed during the follow-up appointment on 21 July 2026, and the final photographs were taken on the same day.

The patient was aesthetically concerned about the spaces between the teeth. Clinical examination revealed gingival swelling together with plaque and tartar accumulation. To establish healthy conditions for treatment, professional dental scaling was performed first. Following a three-day healing period, the composite bonding procedure was completed in a single appointment.

The six upper anterior teeth were widened using aesthetic composite material without removing any natural tooth structure. Although composite bonding restorations generally have a shorter lifespan than porcelain restorations, they can provide highly satisfactory aesthetic results when appropriate case selection is made. At the end of the treatment, a more balanced, natural, and aesthetic smile was achieved.

Porcelain Crowns, Implant-Supported Layered Zirconia Crowns

The treatment began on 20 December 2025 with tooth extractions and implant placement. The treatment was completed on 24 July 2026, and the final photographs were taken on 30 July 2026.

The patient had multiple missing teeth at a level that affected chewing function. At the same time, full porcelain crowns were planned for the existing teeth to meet the patient's aesthetic expectations. Due to poor prognosis, 1 tooth in the upper right jaw, 2 teeth in the lower right jaw, and 1 tooth in the lower left jaw were extracted. To replace the missing teeth, 3 implants were placed in the upper right jaw, 2 in the lower right jaw, and 1 in the lower left jaw.

Due to their positions, 4 teeth in the lower anterior region that required greater reduction during crown preparation underwent root canal treatment. Following the healing of the implants and gingival tissues, a digital smile design was created, and porcelain crowns and implant-supported layered zirconia crowns were applied in accordance with the treatment plan.

At the end of the treatment, chewing function was supported, and a more balanced, natural, and aesthetic smile was achieved.

Porcelain Laminate Veneers, E-max Crowns, Vertical Dimension Increase for Bruxism, Porcelain Onlays, Layered Zirconia Crowns on Implants

The treatment began in June 2025 and was completed in March 2026. Final photographs were taken on April 1, 2026.

The patient presented to our clinic due to aesthetic concerns regarding the teeth. However, as bruxism (teeth grinding/clenching) accompanied the condition, significant wear was present, particularly in the posterior teeth, resulting in reduced tooth height.

Treatment was initially started with an occlusal splint to rehabilitate the jaw joints. Subsequently, root lesions affecting teeth numbered 17, 22, and 35 were treated with root canal therapy. Implants were placed to replace the missing teeth in the regions of teeth 26 and 27.

After the necessary preparatory treatments were completed, treatment planning was carried out under the guidance of digital smile design. Porcelain laminate veneers, E-max crowns, porcelain onlays, and layered zirconia crowns on implants were used to restore the tooth height lost due to wear and to increase the vertical dimension.

At the end of the treatment, the lost tooth dimensions were restored, resulting in a more functionally balanced and aesthetic smile.

Porcelain Laminate Veneers, Layered Zirconia Crown on Implant

The patient’s orthodontic treatment began on May 21, 2021. An implant was placed in the missing tooth area on September 3, 2022. The aesthetic treatment began on November 18, 2022, and was completed on December 28, 2022. Final photographs were taken on December 31, 2022.

Following orthodontic treatment, the patient had a missing upper right lateral incisor as well as shape irregularities in the anterior teeth. Treatment was therefore planned to replace the missing tooth and improve the aesthetic harmony of the anterior region.

First, an implant was placed in the missing tooth area, and a temporary tooth was provided during the healing period to maintain the aesthetic appearance. After a three-month healing period, gingival leveling was performed on four teeth in the upper anterior region. Porcelain laminate restorations were then applied, along with a layered zirconia crown on the implant in the missing tooth area.

At the end of the treatment, the shape of the anterior teeth and gingival levels were improved, the missing tooth was restored, and a more balanced and aesthetic smile was achieved.

Porcelain Laminate Veneer, E-max Crown, Composite Laminate (Bonding)

The treatment began on February 11, 2025, and was completed on February 27, 2025. Final photographs were taken on March 4, 2025.

Treatment was initiated to address color and shape concerns affecting the patient’s anterior teeth following orthodontic treatment. Different restorative procedures were planned according to the existing tooth structure and aesthetic expectations.

An E-max crown was applied to the upper right central incisor, while a porcelain laminate veneer was applied to the upper left central incisor. The two lateral incisors, which were smaller in size, were reshaped using composite laminate (bonding).

At the end of the treatment, a more balanced appearance in terms of color, shape, and tooth proportions was achieved with minimal intervention, resulting in a more aesthetically harmonious smile.
