Orthodontist Dr. Dt. Simay Yılmaz was born in Adana. After completing her primary education at Üsküdar SEV Primary School, she completed her high school education at Saint Joseph French High School, and then graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry with honor degree in 2017. She completed her Doctorate program in Orthodontics at Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Orthodontics. As well as all kinds of applications related to orthodontics, her professional interests are; jaw development disorders and lack of space in children, orthodontic treatment with lingual orthodontics (internal wire) and orthodontic treatment with aligners. Sharing her case experiences on lingual orthodontics with various presentations at national and international symposiums, Dr. Dt. Simay Yilmaz is also a member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB), Turkish Orthodontic Association (TOD), American Association of Orthodontics (AAO), World Federation of Orthodontics (WFO), Lingual Orthodontics Association (LOD), Turkish Aligner Association (TAD) and Turkish Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry (EDAD). She offers her services to her patients at Dentgroup Maslak Clinic.
