İlker Ayaz was born in Burdur. He successfully graduated from Ege University Faculty of Dentistry in 2018. He started his specialization education at Akdeniz University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Restorative Dentistry in 2019, and while continuing his specialization in 2022, he made observations and carried out studies in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics at Belgrade University. He successfully completed his specialization in 2022. Dt. İlker Ayaz is a member of the Turkish Dental Association.(TDB) He offers his patients as a Restorative Dentistry Specialist in Dentgroup-Konyaaltı Antalya clinic.

Composite Esthetic Restoration (Bonding) and Smile Design
The treatment was started in June 2026 and completed on the same day.
Our patient visited our clinic with the aim of improving the esthetic appearance of the front teeth and achieving a more natural-looking smile. Following the clinical evaluation, a minimally invasive treatment plan was created with priority given to preserving the natural tooth structure. As part of the treatment, composite esthetic restorations (bonding) were applied to a total of 20 teeth in the upper and lower jaws. The shape, size, and symmetry of the teeth were redesigned to achieve a natural appearance in harmony with the patient’s facial aesthetics. Following the treatment, a night guard was prepared to help protect the restorations. At the end of the treatment, the aim was to improve the esthetic appearance and functional balance of the teeth while preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible.
