Zirconia Crowns, Crown Lengthening and Aesthetic Smile Rehabilitation

The treatment began in August 2025 and was completed in September 2025.

Our patient visited our clinic with the aim of improving the aesthetic appearance of their smile and restoring oral function. Following clinical and radiographic evaluations, a comprehensive treatment plan was developed according to the patient’s individual needs. Prior to treatment, Dentgroup Total Care was performed to support oral hygiene. During the treatment process, root canal treatments were performed on the teeth where necessary, and laser-assisted crown lengthening procedures were carried out to establish appropriate gingival levels for aesthetic and prosthetic restorations.

Following the healing of the gingival tissues, the prosthetic rehabilitation phase was initiated. A total of 24 layered zirconia crowns were applied to the upper and lower jaws. These procedures aimed to improve the form, color and harmony of the teeth while also restoring chewing function.

At the end of the treatment, a natural-looking and functionally balanced smile, harmonious with the patient’s oral and dental structure, was achieved.

Implant-Supported Monolithic Zirconia Crowns and Aesthetic Rehabilitation

The treatment began in March 2025 and was completed in June 2025.

Our patient visited our clinic to replace missing teeth and to aesthetically and functionally rehabilitate worn teeth. Following clinical and radiographic evaluations, a comprehensive treatment plan was developed according to the patient’s individual needs.

During the treatment process, implants were placed in suitable areas, and one implant deemed necessary for removal was extracted, after which the treatment plan was revised. Hard tissue grafting and crown lengthening procedures were performed to prepare the oral tissues for implant and prosthetic restorations. Composite restorations were also applied to the teeth where required.

During the prosthetic phase of the treatment, a total of 28 monolithic zirconia crowns were applied to the upper and lower jaws. These procedures aimed to rehabilitate missing and worn teeth both aesthetically and functionally and to restore chewing function.

At the end of the treatment, a natural-looking and functionally balanced smile, harmonious with the patient’s oral and dental structure, was achieved.
