Barhan Pekel

Pediatric Dentist Dr. Dt. Barhan Pekel was born in Istanbul. He completed his high school education at Saint Benoit French High School and his undergraduate education at Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry with honors in 2008. He completed his specialty training at Marmara University, Department of Pediatric Dentistry in 2013. Then, he worked at the Pediatric Dentistry Department of the same university for a year, and started his specialization and doctoral studies at the Marmara University Pediatric Dentistry Department. He completed his specialization qualification in 2013 and his doctoral thesis titled "Genetic Causes of Excessive Number of Teeth in Children" in 2016. Since 2008, he has worked exclusively in pediatric dental treatments in various private clinics. In his professional work, he mainly; He focused on the treatment of large numbers of teeth in children, dental treatments under general anesthesia, preventive dentistry practices and treatment of tooth fractures after accidents.
