Clear Aligner Treatment

The treatment was carried out using Invisalign clear aligners. It began in July 2021 and was completed in April 2023.

The patient presented with a skeletal Class II pattern characterized by mandibular retrusion and a deep bite. There were bite discrepancies in both the right and left posterior teeth. Both the upper and lower jaws exhibited arch length deficiency and crowding. The upper dental midline was shifted to the patient's left side.

The upper and lower dental arches were aligned using Invisalign clear aligners. Precision Wings incorporated into the aligners were used to encourage forward mandibular growth. The patient changed the aligners every 10 days. No orthodontic elastics were used during the treatment. The teeth were moved into their planned positions, crowding was corrected, and the dental arch form was improved.

At the end of the treatment, mandibular growth was guided successfully, resulting in a more balanced and aesthetic smile.

Clear Aligner Treatment

The case began with Invisalign clear aligner treatment in April 2023. The treatment was completed in June 2025. The patient presented with significant arch length deficiency and crowding in both the upper and lower jaws. An anterior crossbite was also present, and the lower dental midline was shifted to the patient's right side. Throughout the treatment, Invisalign clear aligners were used to expand both the upper and lower dental arches, correct the anterior crossbite, and move the teeth into their planned positions. The patient changed the aligners every 7 days and did not use any orthodontic elastics during the treatment. The clear aligner therapy corrected the crowding, improved the dental arch form, and achieved ideal tooth alignment.

At the end of the treatment, a more balanced occlusion between the upper and lower jaws was achieved, resulting in a more functional and aesthetically harmonious smile.
