Dt. Dilek Öcal Bal was born in Mersin. She completed her secondary and high school education at İçel Mersin Anatolian High School. She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2002, after working privately for 5 years, she served in Mersin Oral and Dental Health Hospital between 2007-2020. She is nowworking at Dentgroup Mersin - Yenişehir Dental Clinic.
