The treatment began in February 2024 and was completed in January 2025.

The patient presented to our clinic with extensive tooth loss, impaired chewing function, and aesthetic concerns. Following a detailed clinical and radiographic evaluation, a full-mouth implant-supported prosthetic rehabilitation was planned.

As part of the treatment process, detailed planning was carried out using computed tomography. Hard-tissue and connective-tissue grafting procedures were performed where necessary to establish adequate bone and soft-tissue support for implant treatment. Following the surgical phase, the All-on-4 implant system was placed, and temporary prostheses were used during the healing period to support the patient’s aesthetic and functional needs.

Once healing was complete, gingival contouring (gingivoplasty) was performed. The treatment was then completed with titanium bar-supported hybrid zirconia prostheses placed over the implants.

The treatment resulted in fixed prosthetic restorations designed to meet the patient’s aesthetic and functional needs while providing a natural appearance, with the aim of improving chewing function.
