The treatment began in February 2024 and was completed in January 2025.

The patient presented to our clinic with extensive tooth loss, impaired chewing function, and aesthetic concerns. Following a detailed clinical and radiographic evaluation, a full-mouth implant-supported prosthetic rehabilitation was planned.

As part of the treatment process, detailed planning was carried out using computed tomography. Hard-tissue and connective-tissue grafting procedures were performed where necessary to establish adequate bone and soft-tissue support for implant treatment. Following the surgical phase, the All-on-4 implant system was placed, and temporary prostheses were used during the healing period to support the patient’s aesthetic and functional needs.

Once healing was complete, gingival contouring (gingivoplasty) was performed. The treatment was then completed with titanium bar-supported hybrid zirconia prostheses placed over the implants.

The treatment resulted in fixed prosthetic restorations designed to meet the patient’s aesthetic and functional needs while providing a natural appearance, with the aim of improving chewing function.

The patient presented to our clinic seeking to improve the aesthetic appearance of her smile and support oral function. Following a comprehensive clinical and radiographic evaluation, a prosthetic treatment plan was developed based on the patient’s oral structure and individual needs.

As part of the treatment, a total of 29 layered zirconia crowns were placed in the upper and lower jaws. The shape and shade of the teeth, occlusal relationship, and smile line were planned to complement the patient’s facial features and overall aesthetics, and the restorations were prepared accordingly.

At the end of the treatment, a natural-looking, aesthetically and functionally balanced smile was achieved, with the aim of improving chewing function and supporting long-term oral health.

The patient presented to our clinic seeking to improve the aesthetics of her smile and support gum health. Following clinical and radiographic evaluations, a comprehensive treatment plan was developed based on the patient’s aesthetic and functional needs.

During the treatment process, root canal treatment was performed on the teeth where necessary, along with composite restorations and porcelain inlay/onlay restorations. The required periodontal treatments were completed to support gum health, and professional oral care was also provided as part of the treatment plan.

During the prosthetic rehabilitation phase, a total of 24 layered zirconia crowns were placed in the upper and lower jaws. The shape, shade, and occlusal relationship of the crowns were planned according to the patient’s oral structure and smile aesthetics.

At the end of the treatment, a natural-looking, aesthetically and functionally balanced smile was achieved, with the aim of supporting gum health and improving chewing function.

The patient presented to our clinic seeking to improve the aesthetics of her smile and achieve a more natural appearance. Following clinical and radiographic evaluations, a comprehensive treatment plan was developed based on the patient’s aesthetic and functional needs.

As part of the treatment, a total of 28 layered zirconia crowns were placed in the upper and lower jaws. During the preparation of the restorations, the shape and shade of the teeth, occlusal relationship, and harmony with the patient’s facial features were taken into consideration.

Following treatment, a night guard was prepared to help protect the restorations over the long term.

At the end of the treatment, a natural-looking, aesthetically and functionally balanced smile was achieved, with the aim of supporting chewing function and long-term oral health.
