Dr. Oğuz Burak Tekinşen is originally from Antakya, Hatay. He completed his high school education at Nihal-Turgut Anlar Anatolian Teacher High School and earned his dentistry degree from İnönü University Faculty of Dentistry. In 2021, he joined the Dentgroup family and began treating patients at Dentgroup Kocaeli - Başiskele clinic. By 2023, he became a clinic partner. Dr. Tekinşen specializes in digital dentistry, digital smile design, digitally guided implantology, porcelain laminates, zirconium crowns, CAD/CAM restorations, aesthetic fillings, root canal treatment, snoring appliances, teeth whitening, tartar removal, and comprehensive oral care treatments.

Our patient visited our clinic due to dental cavities, gum problems, and the need to replace existing dental prostheses. Following clinical and radiographic examinations, a comprehensive treatment plan was developed to improve the patient's oral health, replace missing teeth, and address aesthetic expectations.
The treatment process began with professional dental cleaning and necessary gum contouring procedures to support periodontal health. Teeth affected by decay were treated with root canal therapy and composite fillings, aiming to preserve the existing tooth structure and restore dental function.
Missing teeth in the posterior regions of the lower jaw were replaced with zirconia-based dental bridges. The existing prostheses in the upper jaw were renewed with zirconia restorations. The restorations were planned considering the natural shape and color of the teeth, chewing function, and harmony with facial aesthetics.

Aesthetic and Functional Rehabilitation with Zirconia Prostheses
The patient's treatment began on May 18, 2024, and was completed on July 13, 2024.
Our patient presented to our clinic due to deterioration of the existing upper jaw prosthesis over time, a color mismatch between the prosthesis and the natural teeth in the lower jaw, and pain in some of the teeth beneath the prosthesis. Following clinical and radiographic examinations, an individualized treatment plan was developed, taking into consideration the patient's aesthetic expectations and the condition of the existing teeth.
During the treatment process, the old upper jaw prosthesis was first removed, and the necessary treatments were performed on the teeth beneath the prosthesis that required intervention. The upper jaw was then restored with new zirconia prostheses. During the planning of the new restorations, color harmony with the natural teeth in the lower jaw, tooth shape, and occlusal relationships were taken into consideration.
As a result of the treatment, the existing prosthesis was replaced, achieving a smile that was more harmonious with the patient's natural teeth and balanced in terms of aesthetics and function, in accordance with the patient's aesthetic expectations.

Aesthetic Smile Rehabilitation with Zirconia Prostheses and Teeth Whitening
The patient's treatment began on July 22, 2026, and was completed on August 27, 2026.
Our patient presented to our clinic with deteriorated old fillings in the upper anterior teeth and a fracture in an implant-supported prosthesis. Following clinical and radiographic examinations, a treatment plan was developed according to the patient's aesthetic and functional needs.
As part of the treatment, the four upper anterior teeth were restored with zirconia prostheses. The natural shape of the teeth, color harmony, and occlusal relationships were taken into consideration during the planning of the restorations. In addition, dental scaling was performed, followed by teeth whitening.
As a result of the treatment, the existing restorations in the anterior region were renewed, improving the aesthetic appearance and functional harmony of the teeth. Teeth whitening also contributed to a more balanced smile appearance.

The patient's treatment began on January 21, 2026, and was completed on September 1, 2026.
A comprehensive treatment plan was developed to preserve the patient's existing teeth, replace teeth that could not be saved, and restore oral health. Following clinical and radiographic examinations, periodontal, endodontic, restorative, surgical, and prosthetic treatments were planned according to the patient's individual needs.
The treatment process began with professional dental scaling. Teeth with deep decay were treated with root canal therapy and composite fillings. Teeth that could not be preserved were extracted, and a total of 3 dental implants were placed to replace the missing teeth following extraction.
After implant placement, zirconia restorations were applied to both the natural teeth and the dental implants, completing the prosthetic rehabilitation. The natural shape of the teeth, color harmony, and occlusal relationships were taken into consideration during the planning of the restorations.

The patient's treatment began on March 23, 2022, and was completed on September 18, 2026.
