Layered Zirconia Crowns, Surgical Crown Lengthening (Osteoplasty), and Aesthetic Smile Rehabilitation

The treatment of the case began in August 2025 and was completed in September 2025.

Our patient presented to our clinic with the aim of improving their aesthetic appearance and restoring oral functions. Following clinical and radiological evaluations, a comprehensive treatment plan was developed for the patient.

During the treatment process, root canal treatments were performed on the teeth deemed necessary. Surgical crown lengthening and osteoplasty procedures were carried out to achieve an appropriate gingival level and biological width for aesthetic and prosthetic restorations. As part of these procedures, the bone tissue was reshaped to create an appropriate hard and soft tissue architecture for the restorations. Prior to treatment, the necessary care procedures were performed to support oral hygiene.

Following surgical healing, a total of 24 layered zirconia crowns were applied to the upper and lower jaws, restoring the aesthetic appearance, function, and biological compatibility of the teeth.

At the end of the treatment, a natural-looking, aesthetically and functionally balanced smile was achieved. By planning the surgical and prosthetic procedures together, the aim was to support periodontal health and the long-term success of the restorations.

All-on-4 Implant Treatment and Implant-Supported Hybrid Prosthetic Rehabilitation

The treatment of the case began in April 2024 and was completed in September 2024.

Our patient presented to our clinic due to advanced tooth loss, inadequate chewing function, and aesthetic expectations. Following clinical and radiological evaluations, implant-supported full-mouth rehabilitation was planned.

During the treatment process, the necessary tooth extractions were first performed, and the hard and soft tissues were surgically prepared prior to implant placement. In the required areas, hard tissue grafting, connective tissue grafting, membrane applications, gingivoplasty, and vestibuloplasty procedures were performed with the aim of creating an appropriate hard and soft tissue structure for implant treatment.

The All-on-4 implant system was then applied, and temporary prostheses were prepared during the healing period to meet the patient’s aesthetic and functional needs.

Following completion of the osseointegration process of the implants, implant-supported zirconia prostheses were applied, completing the treatment.

At the end of the treatment, an aesthetically and functionally balanced oral structure was achieved with fixed implant-supported restorations, and chewing function was restored.

The treatment of the case began in September 2024 and was completed in January 2025.

During the treatment process, the oral cavity was first prepared for implant treatment; the necessary tooth extractions were performed, impacted teeth were removed, and hard tissue adjustments were carried out in the areas where implants were to be placed.

The All-on-4 implant system was then applied to the jaws, and temporary prostheses were used during the healing period to maintain the patient’s function.

Following completion of the osseointegration process of the implants, implant-supported hybrid zirconia prostheses were prepared and applied, completing the aesthetic and functional rehabilitation.
